Payment and Refund

1. Payment

  • You can pay for services in RUB, USD, or EUR via the Billing system, payment gateways, and our crypto partner UseGateway (BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX, BNB, USDT, and others).

  • Please note that all taxes and fees charged by payment systems, blockchains, and partners are the responsibility of the client.

2. Refund Policy

All payments are considered final, except in the cases described below:

  • Unused numbers for SMS activations
    If no SMS is received on the ordered number, the funds will be automatically refunded to your account balance.

  • Service defect
    If you discover an issue within 24 hours after payment, please report it. Upon confirmation, the funds will be returned to your account balance.

3. Withdrawal of Funds from Balance

  • Refunds are only issued to the personal account balance.

  • Withdrawals are possible by contacting support, only for valid reasons, and only to the payment details used for the last top-up.

  • Payouts are available after identity and payment detail verification.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact support via Telegram, WhatsApp, or e‑mail.

  2. Provide:

    • Name of the service (e.g., SMS activation, proxy),

    • Date and amount of the payment,

    • Reason for the refund,

    • If available — supporting evidence (screenshots, photos, audio, etc.).

  3. We will carefully review each request and promptly notify you of the decision.
    We ask for your understanding — we strive to ensure a fast and fair process for every client.

5. Additional Terms

  • The company reserves the right to make changes to the payment and refund policies. We recommend reviewing the current terms before making a payment.

  • By making a payment, you confirm your agreement with the terms in effect at that time.

  • We value the quality of our services: in the event of a justified mismatch between the service and its description, we guarantee a refund.
