Residential proxies

Residential Proxies — these are IP addresses issued by real Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to home users. For websites, this traffic looks as natural as possible — as if you are simply browsing from home via Wi-Fi.

In CyberYozh App, we divide them into two types. Before you start the setup, decide what you wish to purchase for your specific tasks:

  1. Rotating (Dynamic): Access to a pool of millions of IPs. Change your IP address whenever needed, choosing from over 120 countries. Perfect for scraping and temporary tasks.

  2. Static: One dedicated home IP address that is assigned to you for the entire duration of the rental. Ideal for managing accounts, banking, and crypto exchanges.

For whom: For those who need the trust level of real home users.

The Main Choice:

Below, we will cover the setup specifically for Rotating proxies, as they involve the most nuances.

Step 1. Generating Access Credentials (Creds)

In CyberYozh App, we have made everything easy so you don't have to enter complex settings manually.

  1. Go to the "My Proxies" section -> card of the purchased package.

  2. Click the "Generate Credentials" button.

Here you will see your connection builder.

Step 2. Choosing Session Type (The most important nuance) ⚠️

In our rotating proxies, there are three operation modes. Choose based on your task:

  1. Random IP:

    • How it works: You get a random IP from the pool. Session prefix: -res-any.

    • Usage: Ideal for scraping and tasks where maintaining history is not required.

  2. Short Session (up to 1 minute):

    • How it works: The IP is held for up to 60 seconds. The most precise targeting is available here: Country + State + City.

    • Usage: Quick actions in a specific location.

  3. Long Session (up to 6 hours):

    • How it works: We assign an IP to you for a period of up to 6 hours (Sticky).

    • Feature: You don't need to manually catch session tokens — our generator will provide a ready-made login with the token already included (-resfix...).

    • Usage: Registrations, account management, long forms.

Step 3. Ports and Protocols

You don't need to guess the ports; we have separated them for stability:

  • HTTP: Port 5959

  • SOCKS5: Port 9595

Select the required list format (e.g., IP:PORT:LOGIN:PASS) and click Copy, or you can download the list as a .txt file.

Step 4. Verifying the Connection (Curl)

Let's check how it works via terminal.

Example for Random IP:

curl -v -x http://LOGIN-res-any:PASSWORD@51.77.190.247:5959 https://ipv4.icanhazip.com

Where LOGIN and PASSWORD — are your credentials from the personal cabinet.

Example for Long Session:

Insert the string provided by the generator (it will contain a long token, for example nnid-9d016...).

curl -v -x http://51.77.190.247:5959:LOGIN-resfix-us-nnid-TOKEN:PASSWORD https://ipv4.icanhazip.com

If an IP is returned — the connection is successfully established!

Step 5. Where to insert the obtained data?

You have received a string in the format IP:PORT:LOGIN:PASS. Now it needs to be added to your working software.

  1. Anti-detect Browsers (Dolphin, AdsPower, GoLogin):

  1. Proxifiers (Proxifier, ProxyCap):

    • Used if you need to "proxify" a program that has no network settings of its own (games, specific software), or to route all computer traffic through a proxy.

    • Add the proxy to Proxy Servers by entering the IP, Port, Login, and Password.

    • Set up Proxification Rules to specify which applications should work through this proxy.

    • 👉 Section with guides for setting up proxifiers (proxy clients)

  2. Standard Browsers (Chrome/Firefox):

❓ If something doesn't work (Common errors)

    • Connection Error / Invalid Password:

      • Check the validity period of the package in your personal cabinet.

      • Check Login and Password: Very often when copying, an extra space is accidentally captured (at the beginning or end of the string). Ensure that you pasted the data without errors or extra spaces.

    • Incorrect Exit IP (or protocol error): Ensure that you selected the correct port when connecting:

      • 5959 — for HTTP

      • 9595 — for SOCKS5

    • IP changes too quickly: Most likely, you selected the Random session (-res-any). For stable operation within an account (to keep the IP for up to 6 hours), use the Long Session (-resfix...) in the generator.

    • 👉 Proxy troubleshooting checklist.
